Parish Council
The Parish Council of the Cathedral is composed of fifteen faithful men and women who are dedicated Orthodox Christians and who offer their time, talents, and resources for the Church. We represent the parish, as clergy and laity together, and seek to fulfill the mission ascribed to us by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Read more »

St. John Chrysostom’s Oratorical Festival
The Oratorical Festival provides a platform and experience where Greek Orthodox youth from grades 7-12 present speeches discussing the Faith and the Church. Participants can explore and deepen their faith while honing their speech writing and public speaking skills. Read more »

Veterans Ministry
Our Veterans Ministry regularly serves meals to our nation’s veterans at the New England Center & Home for Veterans in Boston. We are always looking for members of our Cathedral Community to help participate in this worthwhile ministry.  Read more »

Altar Servers
An Altar Server, (or Acolyte), is an individual who serves the needs of both the church community and the priest during liturgical services. These services include the Divine Liturgy, morning Orthros (matins), evening Vespers, feast days, and Lent/Holy Week. It is a great and high honor to serve as an Acolyte during the sacraments and holy services of the Church. Read more »

Annunciation Cathedral Youth Ministries & Activities
Our youth are both the future and the present of our Church. Without their presence and leadership, our parish would have been able to continue to grow for over 100 years. The Annunciation Cathedral purposely plans events and fellowship opportunities for the youth and families of our parish. Byzantine Music Ministry
"I will sing to the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. May my meditation be sweet to Him; I will be glad in the Lord" (Ps. 104). An essential part of worship in the church's liturgical life is the Psaltic Art. The chanters, along with the choir, lead the people to Eucharistic worship. Read more »

Sunday School
The Church School program fosters spiritual learning through age-appropriate lessons, which may include an introduction to church feasts, fasts and liturgical practices, prayers, Bible stories, crafts and projects, and liturgical songs. Read more »
